Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Summary (Effective 11 March 2025) By booking a career coaching session through our platform, students agree to the outlined Terms and Conditions. The platform connects students with mentors and facilitates scheduling and payments but does not guarantee any specific outcomes. Booking & Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable, except where outlined in the rescheduling and cancellation terms. Upon payment, a confirmation email will be sent. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Students can reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance, based on mentor availability. Mentors may also reschedule. If a session is cancelled due to the mentor’s fault, students may choose a refund or reschedule. No refund will be given if the student is at fault (e.g., no-shows, lateness beyond 15 minutes, or failure to prepare). Student-initiated cancellations do not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling Limitations: Both parties can agree to multiple reschedules. If a mentor reschedules more than 3 times, students may request a refund. If a student reschedules over 3 times, mentors may decline the session with no refund issued. Conduct & Responsibilities: Professional communication is expected. Students must ensure they have the required tools (internet, software, etc.). Unprofessional mentor behaviour should be reported to contact@careercoachinguk.com for investigation. Disputes: Disputes should first be resolved between the student and mentor. If unresolved, the platform will review and make a final binding decision. Liability Disclaimer: The platform is not responsible for mentor advice or any resulting career outcomes. It is also not liable for indirect or consequential damages from sessions. Amendments: Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, with significant changes communicated to users. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
